Microsoft and OpenAI End Exclusive Cloud Deal — Azure Stays Primary Partner

Microsoft and OpenAI restructured their partnership, ending cloud exclusivity while keeping Azure as OpenAI's primary cloud provider. AGI-linked deal terms were also removed from the agreement. The restructure gives OpenAI more flexibility to run workloads on competing clouds as its compute needs scale.
